- Lambson fine chemicals renamed Lambson Limited
- Chemical business relocated to new premises in Wetherby
- Lambson production transferred to overseas manufacturing facilities
- Divested Lambson speciality chemicals to Koppers Inc
- Divested Lambson building products
- Construction of Glycerine plant at the Castleford site
- Dart Distribution sold to Albion Chemicals
- Construction of Liquid fertilizer plant at Castleford site
- Purchase of BAe shareholding in the joint venture Lambson Speciality Chemicals
1990 - 2000
- Built stage 1 of the Adibis Oil plant capacity 5000 mts per annum
- Built stage 2 of the Adibis Oil plant to increawe capacity to 10,000 mts per annum
- Formed joint venture with BAe for acids and acid recovery
- Assisted BAE in the development and diversification of the Bridgewater explosive site
- Acquired the Quantacure range from Great Lake Fine Chemicals
1980 - 1990
- Installed fine chemicals plant at Castleford, West Yorkshire
- Commenced manufacture of photochemicals in 1984
- Acquired trace nutrients business from McKechnies
- Create Dart Distribution
- Demerged Fearns Tankers and Fearns Transport from the Lambson Group
1960 -1980
- Lambson Limited formed in 1960
- Diponic products formed to distribute coated panels for Dianippon, Japan
- Lambson lubricants formed in 1977
- Diponic products renamed Lambson laminates, with production commencing at the Castleford site in 1979.
