VipyClar 10 is used at a dosage rate of 5 - 40 g/hl, depending on the type of beer being treated and process conditions.

    VipyClar 730 is a single use stabiliser for beer clarification designed for the simultaneous, balanced removal of polyphenolic and proteinaceous haze precursors. A white free flowing powder VipyClar 730 is suitable to use in vegetarian and vegan products. VipyClar 730 is a ready to use blend of cross-linked polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP) with amorphous silica, used at a dosage rate of between 20 - 100 g/hl, depending on the type of beer being treated.

    VipyClar W from Lambson is a vegan, rapid acting, easily dispersed cross-linked homopolymer of polyvinylpyrrolidinone (PVP) which is insoluble in water, acid and alcohol. VipyClar W can be used as a preventative or remidal treatment wine stabiliser. Typically 10 minutes contact time is sufficient for optimal stabilisation. VipyClar W is used at a doage rate of 5 -30g/hl as a preventative treatment, depending on the wine type, grape variety and processing conditions. As a remedial treatment VipyClar W is used at a dosaage rate of 5 - 60g/hl depending on the wine type, grape variety and processing conditions.
