VipyClar W from Lambson is a vegan, rapid acting, easily dispersed cross-linked homopolymer of polyvinylpyrrolidinone (PVP) which is insoluble in water, acid and alcohol. VipyClar W can be used as a preventative or remidal treatment wine stabiliser. Typically 10 minutes contact time is sufficient for optimal stabilisation. VipyClar W is used at a doage rate of 5 -30g/hl as a preventative treatment, depending on the wine type, grape variety and processing conditions. As a remedial treatment VipyClar W is used at a dosaage rate of 5 - 60g/hl depending on the wine type, grape variety and processing conditions.
